Surface Trough Moving Over Islands. 🔶A surface trough will move over the islands, increasing moisture and causing winds to veer from the ENE to ESE. 💧Showers will continue to be steered towards windward sectors of the islands. Afternoon showers and isolated t-storms are forecast over interior to W-NW PR and downwind of El Yunque and the local islands, increasing the flooding risk. ⌛ High Heat Indices will continue this weekend; a tropical wave is forecast to affect the islands on Monday. |
